Pamela enjoyed her little play time with the Bars of the neon sign, as she heared the police cars and sirens.
"Hey, what is going on here? Why are they makeing All this noise?"
She was looking over to a few places, untill she saw something strange, a bit far away. It looked like a huge bat, that was going to a place where the police didn't seemed to go.
"Oh, that looks strange. Maybe I should go look what that thing is."

She had a hard time to follow it, untill she reached the place, where that bat had landed. There she saw that a few clons where beaten up by it and a Was now talking to a freaky looking Clown like guy. She hated him right from the start. But than it disappeared and she had a hard time to follow the bat around the City. Sometimes, she had enough time to clear the pokets of a few beaten up Clown, as the bat leaved, but it was hard for her to keep trak of that Human sized bat beeing.

The Clownz returned to their hideout in Old Gotham, their numbers greatly reduced. Many murmured amongst themselves, treating their injuries and drinking like animals to numb the pain.

"Bat bitch packs a punch. Jeez, my old man didn't hit me that hard as a kid."

" I think she cracked a tooth! I'ma fucking kill her!"

Cain simply watched them with narrowed eyes. " You guys almost sound ungrateful." He said with irritation. "I give you guys the run of the roost to have your fun, and all you can talk about is your aching body or your broken bones. So ungrateful, all of you." He scoffed. He leaned back on his couch, grabbing a bottle of alcohol, 95% pure grain alcohol. He took a heavy swig and shook his head. "Besides, we accomplished what I wanted. I know exactly what I'm up against. And there will be plenty of fun to be had in the future." Cain declared, taking another big drink. He then stuck a cigarette between his lips, lit it, and blew fire through the cigarette, brightening the room. He cackled and blew another line. "Ha Ha Ha! I'm a dragon, guys! Who wants to be flambeed?"

Pamela was now a bit upsat about her chase of the human sized bat. It was like she tried to run after a rainbow for the pod of Gold. So she used the chase to get herself some more good stuff than Dollars. She had the luck to find a few Clowns, that where catched after they had broke into some jewlerie stores and had gotten her there hands on other expansive stuff too. She used the oportunity to take some stuff, like money, jewlerie and a few luxuary things goods for herself. It where only small things, that she could put into her back pack, before she tried to catch up with the bat again.

Because she had to hurry up and to go faster, she didn't was very carefull of beeing quiet and invisibel for everyone. She was just running after the bat beeing as fast as she could.

Batwoman could tell someone was trying to follow her, it was a strange curiosity, one she needed to figure out, and now that she finally had time, she'd do so. Watching Pamela manuever around, rushing about, chasing loudly without a care other than to get somewhere, it was intriguing almost, in a strange way.

As Pamela got down an alleyway, chasing what she considered to be a lead, Batwoman appeared above, on a metal staircase often utilized to traverse alongside the outer windows of a nearby apartment complex, all the way to the rooftop. At the second story edge-way, she looked down, her form barely showing in it's red outlines of her uniform supporting the black from the shadows.

"You've been following me." She'd state simply, her voice modulation making her sound a lot more intimidating, commanding, forceful, as she looked down at the woman, her ruby red lipstick just barely visible as her lips moved during her speech. "Why?" She'd finally say, a simple question really.

Pamela stoppen and looked around for the bat like thing in a place, that was totaly made for use as a Trap. As she looked for it, she got surpriced by it, or now by her, as she could hear now. When the Batwoman starting talking to her, Pamela decided to play the cute and innocent newbee.
"I....I only followed you because...because I saw you flying around in the City. You appeared to be something strange, and I didn't heared or saw something like you before, so....I....I followed you."

She looked up at the woman, useing her cute looking puppy eyes. It was like she was a child again and tried to get out of trouble. And right now it was looking like she was in trouble. But there was one thing, in that she was good was looking out for a weapon in such a place like that. Just in case, that the batwoman didn't was going to Fall for her act.

Batwoman seemed to just watch her silently from above, to anyone trained, a distance and height that left her in the advantage, if anyone tried to attack from below, they'd either have to suddenly turn and either draw a weapon from their body easily seen, or turn and grab and throw something from elsewhere, also able to be seen, or rush to her and try to climb or jump up to where she was, also predictable and easily seen.

To the trained eye, Batwoman purposely chose this spot for the visit, tactical in all aspects, but the way she reflected herself was casual; merely watching. The woman was odd, she knew this wasn't her normal attitude...after all, she was acting very different a moment ago, and gave away something...a slight...elusive loopiness of sorts? Mental disorder maybe, she wasn't sure yet without a proper read up and file report on the woman.

"You can stop trying." She'd say simply after a few silent moments, before slipping up on the railing of the balcony she was on, and suddenly grappling to the rooftop, leaving no further word as she disappeared into the city once again, far enough to make it harder for Pamela to follow. She could follow the damage she caused, but she wasn't going to let her truly find her, until she wanted it.

Pamela was rushing up to the rooftop and looked out for the Batwoman, after she disappeared a moment ago. It was strange for her, that she was not realy stayed behind to ask her out a bit more, but it was ok. She was happy, that she now knew, what was up with that strange beeing.

As she reached the roof, Batwoman was gone and she didn't found a Single hint of her. It was anoying for and a short moment, she thought about flowing her again, but than she thought about going back. Maybe she would be find some Clowns to beat up and maybe gat a bit more good stuff for herself.
"We will see us again, big Bat. Hope you want to talk a bit more next time."
With a big grin, she walked to the other side and moved back deeper into the Clown territory.

In a different party of the city, lithe figures clad in black hurried about their business. Not even they knew the true extent of what they were doing and why. The League of Assassins dealt in half truths and subterfuge, and that was with its own members. With anyone else it dealt almost exclusively in manipulation and lies followed by a swift knife to the throat.

The black clad figures were members of the league itself and so knew what they were doing, just not exactly why they were doing. They'd been told a portion of the reason, of course, but members of the league who survived it's brutal training quickly realised that sections of the truth were withheld for their benefit as well as the benefit of those giving their orders.

Their activity for the night was being conducted in a part of the city the Bat was known to frequent more than others. They knew it. Their masters knew it. The possibility that this was just a happy coincidence had never crossed their minds.

And so they watched as a gang meeting unfolded in the streets below them. Their quarry were violent, abhorrent, murdering thugs with no sense of honour, too stupid to even consider that holding a meeting in a dead end street might be a bad idea. There were 20 of them for now, with two guarding the entrance to the street. All were armed. The assassins watched and waited for a few more moments, then dropped down into the street.

The chaos that followed was well orchestrated. The first few thugs were blinded by smoke bombs, the rest by throwing darts that pierced their eyes and plunged their world into darkness. Shouts, screams and the sounds of wild gunfire filled the air. The assassins took their time picking them off, letting the sound carry and peeling away into the darkness and across the rooftops one by one until only three remained.

Finding out about gang meetings wasn't incredibly hard...especially when Batwoman beat up one gang member minutes previously after hearing them talk about the upcoming meet up, pressing him for information with a knee to the throat and her modulated voice making her far more intimidating, light a nightmare in a Bat suit. When the information was given, a swift punch sent the man into unconsciousness as she made her trip over there.

Analyzing the meet up, she watched it from the nearby rooftop, eyes scanning the scene of the twenty odd men meeting, then...gunfire echoed as smoke filled the air, thermal quickly activated..she saw through the smoke easily as ever, watching the trained movements of black cloaked figures dancing about, toying with the gangsters...cutting them down. Assassins, ninjas? No...the League, her father told her about them extensively, a lot of her training was based off them, but expanded from the way her father utilized it. Old training, things she learned how to face and deal with, good, but able to be managed.

Despite it all, and how much it'd be better to let the thugs die, she couldn't afford it, she was Gothams Protector. Dropping into the shadows with only the slightest of blurs of movement, she rushed in, utilizing the smoke to her own advantage as quickly several zips were made into the thugs uniforms, as they suddenly went flying from the smoke, there was only a few left, but she needed them out of the way, for the one watching over the scene, things would go quick, fast, and hard. The league agents were good, quite good, and one of her biggest challenges, though the first barely saw her coming as the first thing he registered was her red bat symbol suddenly appearing, earning him a sudden fist to the side of the head as he adjusted his focus to it instead of the danger of an attack, as to be expected...an age old trick to those un-accustomed, to give him credit...she had to admit he reacted from there quite well.

When the gunfire ended, only the faint sounds of what appeared to be swords smacking against protective gauntlets remained, the edged spikes on her gauntlets worked wonders as she deflected sword blows, delivered kicks, elbows, punches, throws...and soon as the smoke began to clear the fighting became more apparent, Batwoman dancing about in calculated, precise motions, utilizing exploits in their defenses and attacks to deliver hard, powerful blows and soon as the smoke fully cleared, both League agents were on the ground unconscious, and at least four thugs carried away by her gadget to a form of safety, if it could be called that. Calling in the situation to the GCPD, they'd likely be there eventually...it was quite the busy night, though she imagined the League wouldn't be when they did, she was told they were good at cleaning up their messes.

Her eyes seemed to scan the area, as if looking for any others...so few were present, if there were more, they were either nearby, or within some kind of range to aid. On her uniform, signs of very light cuts were noticeable, as it seemed she purposefully allowed one of the sword blows to hit her, or didn't...could be hard to guess, but she knew her armor was quite good, and that it'd take more than the blow to harm her, especially with slashing motions. She got there late, that was bad....Natalie honestly should have just let it play out fully then chased the League when they escaped, but...she had a sense of justice she had to dish out, and murder was never tolerated if she could help it, even with thugs; something that earned a internal grimace on her behalf. Then again...wasn't there more here? She'd need to try and give chase, and quickly she grappled up to the nearby rooftop, analyzing the roof for any tracks for the ones who were there before. Three incapacitated, more around...somewhere, she'd keep up her wits, just in case, always on the alert.

The magnetic contact point thumped into the side of an air-con unit. Perhaps one might assume it'd make a loud, hollow noise, but those units were solid and heavy, making great anchor points. The carbon fiber cord made a hiss-like noise as the dark figure slid down the rope from a higher building, landing on the roof of Stagg Industries in a crouch. A quick glance at the camera made certain it's pan would slow for a second or two, giving her time to cross to the roof door, running her gloved finger over it for a moment before the maglock released with an audible click.

Creeping through the dark halls, she touched a finger to the side of her goggles, vision mode switching to ultraviolet, sending out powerful enough UV rays to distort her features if Stagg used UV cameras as well. Her target was lower in the building, and while the CEO, Sapphire Stagg's office would have valuable knick knacks, it wasn't worth a detour. As she passed by the elevator bank on the way to the stairwell, a sudden loud 'Ding!' shattered the silence and announced the elevator's return. She spun around as the door began to open.

"I'm telling you, man, they stock the fridge up here with the best snacks for all those executive meetings." The security guard came walking out of the elevator.

"It just seems like bad form, risking a job over a midnight snack." His partner replied as they followed.

Over their heads, Catwoman clung to the ceiling, arms and legs spread wide.

"You haven't seen these snacks. Besides, live a little. It's not like we're going to report ourselves."

As the elevator doors began to close, she dropped back to the floor and slipped in the elevator.

Turning, the nervous guard shined his light at the elevator, the hairs on the back of his neck standing on end. "Hold on a second." Hand on his gun, he walked over and pressed the call button. The doors reopened, revealing... nothing. Just an empty car.

"Everything okay?"

"Yeah... just spooked I guess. Still getting used to nights."

"Again, relax. All of Gotham colorful weirdos got gacked. Come on. I think they've got sausage balls."

Inside the elevator shaft, Catwoman shook her head at the guard's banter, and began sliding down the cables.

As the few remaining league assassins were dispatched, one dark clad figure remaimed lurking in the shadows of the rooftops above. Money and influence were no issue for the League and so her outfit had been crafted from the finest materials, able to block her heat signatures and refract light from it like a true stealth suit. It was an expensive piece of clothing but one that was deemed necessary when dealing with an opponent like this one.

Alicia had seen enough. She was here to observe above all else but now she was curious to observe not just the other woman's fighting style, but her mannerisms as well. Alicia glanced over her outfit, which hugged her lithe and athletic frame, and adjusted the mask covering the upper part of her face before dropping down silently to the steet and leaning back against a wall with her arms folded.

"Really now, do you have to make such a mess of my boys?" She asked, a smirk forming on her face. "I realise bats can be territorial but there are enough violent gangs in this city to go around, you know."

Hearing the un-mistakable sound of someone landing nearby, Batwoman turned, peering to the clearly feminine figure nearby, masked, with quite the fancy suit, thermal didn't work on it; useful to know for the future. Luckily, Batwoman didn't fully need it to thrive, it just helped. Analyzing the woman quickly with trained, professional eyes, she took in every weapon visible, and even the way she moved and held herself, the other woman was trained, a professional.

Now that Batwoman was better able to be seen, her suit was perhaps quite impressive, bullet proof, even slash proof it seemed from the fact a sword blow did nothing, reinforced, yet despite being reinforced seemed to hug the woman's form perfectly, shifting around her curvaceous form, with the reinforced black padding expanded from her form at the most vital areas, with a few areas with lighter padding, lightly to allow mobility. At the center of her chest, a large red bat symbol was in place, designed both to distract, and happened to be the most protective spot in the entire armor; a point to throw off enemy gaze and make them target it, and often worked. Her cloak, a dark crimson red on the inside, and black on the outside flowed lightly behind her, her mask covering the majority of her face with a screen extending from her eyes that revealed a false, but realistic blue color to her eyes, hiding her true eye color from view.

Dark ruby colored full lips formed a neutral expression as she regarded the other woman, seeming to maneuver herself so that she was always looking at her. "You're in my city. Why?" She'd finally say, rather simply, a clearly modulated voice echoing off from her suit as she spoke, masking whatever her real voice was. Red hair expanding from the cowl in a fluffed, full display, fiery as ever in appearance, cascading down her shoulders.

The IT floor was well lit, which wasn't ideal. Peeking around the corner she saw another pair of security guards patrolling the floor. Stagg apparently had relatively paranoid security protocols, and given the research they'd done here, that wasn't too surprising. The elder Stagg hadn't been a good man. Leaving this two wandering around was an unacceptable risk. After taking a moment to steel herself, she caused both of their earpieces to emit a massive squeal into their ears, causing both men to immediately stop and yank the comms off their ears.

While they were distracted, she darted around the corner, moving low and fast, red cloak fanning behind her. As she approached the guards, she rolled forward, planted her hands and did a front flip, smashing both feet into the right guard's face, knocking him immediately down onto his back, unconscious.

The remaining guard drew his sidearm, only for Catwoman to snatch the slide right off the top of the pistol. As he looked at his disabled weapon, she smacked him in the forehead with the slide, then jumped up onto his shoulders, wrapping her thighs around his neck. He staggered, trying to pull her legs loose, but within seconds began to stagger and slump to the floor. It would be simple to snap his neck, but she just rode him down to the floor.

Minutes later, she walked into the server room, secure doors opening without issue for her, leaving a pair of security guards hogtied with zipties on the floor behind her, gagged with their own ties. Atop each of their heads were headbands with cute little velvet cat ears, the sort of thing a preteen girl might wear.

"Why not?" Alicia replied, her eyes remaining fixed on the other woman's. "There are thousands upon thousands of people living in this city. Are you really so arrogant as to think that of all those tens of thousands you're the only one who cares about order? Please" she scoffed. "The men we dealt with tonight were part of a human trafficking gang specialising in exporting young girls as sex slaves to foreign countries. The only people who'll mourn their loss are the wealthy businessmen who'll no longer receive their supple young playthings. We're really not so different, you and I. Our methods of dealing with crime are just a little more...permanent."

Batwoman's expression didn't change as she listened to the other woman, though she found it ironic one could preach arrogance, while remaining as such in their dialogue. Still, she remained stoic merely watching the other woman until she finished. "Murder is murder, no matter how you cut it." She'd finally say, her voice flat, and the modulation holding an intimidating edge to it without even needing to raise her voice. "Fear, and control keeps crime away....cut weeds and they grow back, cow them into the dirt, and they rarely rise." She'd say. Just then chatter echoed in her earpiece, tuning into the gotham city police radio, something only she heard, Batwoman only briefly shifted her head, eyes still on the other woman.

"Stay out of Gotham. Batwoman guards this city." She'd finally state, rather simply, before suddenly she hooked on the nearby building's rooftop with her grapple gun, holding a reinforced rope that was very hard to cut through, rapidly pulling her to the roof and utilizing the momentum, cascaded into a glide, only able to be seen briefly later grappling off a water tower and sending her even further into the city, likely responding to another crime; and in reality, she was; the Night was full of issues, this time, it was thugs attacking four police officers in a shootout outside of Gotham City National Bank.

"Such an eloquent conversationalist" Alicia remarked as Batwoman dissappeared into the night. "But I'm afraid no city belongs to just one person, hot stuff."

With that she turned and dissappeared back into the shadows, satisfied that she'd learned enough for now.

Not more than 15 minutes after Catwoman left her guards bound on the floor, she tucked a flash drive into her cleavage, zipped her suit back up, and made to leave. The guard she choked out was squirming and struggling against the zipties without much effect.

Chuyin dropped to her haunches next to him, looking him in the eye. The guard froze, a bead of sweat appearing on his forehead. After a long moment of just staring at him, she broke the silence, "If you don't have a blade or other sharp edge, you aren't going to break a zip tie. Not with human strength. What you need to do is dislocate your thumb."

She held out her hand, then leaned forward, placing it on the floor, then rolling it to the side while pressing down until her thumb slipped from it's socket with an audible pop. Holding up her now deformed hand, "Without your thumb in the way, you should be able to slip loose of zipties, cuffs, ropes. It hurts, but the more you practice, the easier it gets." She gave her thumb a jerk and it popped back into place. Then, she patted the guard on the cheek, "Why would anyone work security in Gotham? Seems like an excellent way to get killed."

Rising, she strode away from the guard, heading back to the roof to disappear back into the night.

As he watched her leave, the guard couldn't think of an answer to her question.

A knife whizzed through the air, landing deep in the wall of the abandoned meat packing company the Clownz were using at the moment. "What the hell is going on tonight?!" Cain asked, confused and angry. A thug slowly rose after having ducked to avoid the knife. "First there's that Bat bitch, now you're telling me there are fucking ghosts killing people's crew? Ghosts don't fucking exist, jackass! I wanna know who else is cleaning up these streets and ruining my fun!" He shouted. He placed his hands on his face and screamed into them. He shook his head and took a deep breath, then a long sigh. "Somebody get Catwoman." He said softly.

Ignoring a summons from the Clownz was a bad idea. Cain might be a lunatic, but he was a dangerous, charismatic lunatic with more influence than was rational in the Gotham underworld. As such, Catwoman found herself being led into the abandoned Melton's Meatpacking plant. The place was heavily tagged, even before the Clownz had walked in. Although her goggles were up on her cowl, she did keep her scarf up over her face. Partially for concealment, partially because the smell of unwashed men was rather... pungent. Hygiene wasn't a selling point of gangs.

Taken before Cain, Catwoman curtsied before the man and asked, "To what do I owe the honor of this audience?" Her accent was pure Gotham, with no real trace of her North Korean heritage.

Cain was busy throwing darts at an apple on the head of one very bloodied thug, from a beating beforehand and the darts sticking out of him. One caught him in the nipple and caused him to scream. He glanced over and his usual unsettling, inhuman grin returned to his chalk white face. "My favorite kitty, how are you doing, Cat? Are you having fun in the chaos tonight?" He started, cheerfully. But his demeanor quickly changed to that of anger and he launched another dart at the thug, followed by another scream. "Because someone keeps ruining mine!"

He jumped down off of the couch on the raised section of the plant and stood before her. "My dear boys have told me that there are some ghosts running around Gotham, killing other gang members. You and I both know there are no such things as ghosts. More than likely, the League of Shadows have returned. I want you to figure out who's mopping everything up. If it's the League, or some bigger threat, I want to know! My boys and girls here are just dying to have some more fun, but my girls are afraid to go out when there's ghosts, and my boys are too stupid to tell them ghosts aren't real."

Cain snapped and a woman with two toned green and purple hair stepped forward with a briefcase, open and full of cash. "Will this cover the deposit?"
