Home to most of the Moderators, their main base/hideout is located in the Northern Belesara Mountains, on that stretch of mountains between Belesara city and Belseara lake. From here, they can reach the city within about a twenty minute hike through the mountains. The location of the Hideout is secret and unknown to most people who are not Moderators. Although top-ranking Spartans and Royals will probably know where it is. The cave entrance is blocked off by a stone wall at all times so nobody can enter or leave, to enter you find a specific cave and knock on a specific normal-looking section of stone wall. At which time the gatekeeper will ask the question.

"How do you see nothing but the truth? How do you hear nothing but the truth? How do you know, what is truth and what is lies?"

Giving the correct answer will signal to the gatekeeper that you are infarct a Moderator, and he/she (depending on who is on duty) will move the stone wall to let you in. To leave, just ask them to let you out or use one of the many one way exits.

The base itself is made of scattered houses, mostly wooden and not always well constructed. The base was not intended to be a home, but was more or less meant to just be a shelter and a meeting point. Although many Moderators do live there. There is no shops here, only houses. If you wanted a home here, building one was on you so the style and durability of the houses vary dramatically. The base has no defenses other then being in an area where it can't easily be found, but there is many exits and their strategy for if they get attacked is to simply abandon ship and build a new base elsewhere. They are mobile. Kadin lives in the large wooden house in the back, the building is not only Kadin's home but is also the armory and meeting room. It has a big fancy round table in a massive room for up to 50 people to come and discuss things. It is often used when they are deciding on how to judge a player's actions and are looking for a majority vote on if the player has done enough wrong to be assassinated.
