Question about Clones and the 18+ Rule

I had a question about how clones are treated with regard to the "all characters must be at least 18 years old/not underage" rule.

Does this 18 mean to literally subtract the current year from the year of birth?

Since I occasionally like to play advanced sci-fi with loose ethics, one premise that I am considering using is "aged up" clones for purposes such as organ transplantation. In those cases, the clones would be chronologically a few years old, but physically 18+. Mentally, they would also be "programmed" with all/most of the experiences of their donor (or comparable experiences, so they would be mentally/emotionally 18+).

So if such a clone were to be involved in a sexual situation, would that be a violation of the site rules?

Thank you in advance!

I can't speak for staff, but from my experience the key is that it's an adult character and that you don't mention a specific number for the age. People seem to get into trouble when numbers are used that are smaller than the magic number 18. The purpose of these rules is to prevent lawsuits, so just avoid anything that has the potential to pop up as a red flag from the point of view of the kinds of people who might be eager to sue (or from the perspective of algorithms that are searching for questionable material).

Thanks for the response, but it doesn't quite answer my question?

Tl;dr: If a character is physically and mentally 18+ but has only been in existence for, say, 3 years, does that character violate site rules?
